After Adobe Reader DC automatic update, the following problem occurred: The “Save As” feature displays a blank (empty) window (blank) that does not allow the user to save the PDF document.
You can fix this issue by changing the settings.
If the save-as window is open, close it for now
From the main acrobat screen, select Edit->Preferences
Click on the General category
Make sure to uncheck ‘Show online storage when saving files’
Make sure to click ‘OK‘ (You may need to move the preferences screen to get to the OK button)
* Note: Optionally, uncheck also the “Show online storage when opening files” feature.
Now try to use the Save As feature in Adobe DC. The problem should be resolved.
If the problem persist, try to uninstall adobe acrobat and reinstall it again.
